What happened
A twin-engine aircraft departed from Yaoundé at 12:46 local time, operating as a charter service intended to visit Dompta and Belabo. The flight was transporting a total of eleven people, consisting of two crew members and nine employees from the Cameroon Oil Transportation Company (COTCO).
While performing its mission, the twin-engine airplane went down in the vicinity of the village of Nanga Eboko. The exact circumstances surrounding the descent and impact remain unidentified. The accident resulted in 11 fatalities, with no survivors reported from the wreckage.
