FACTORS RELATING TO THE ACCIDENT WERE: THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO ACHIEVE THE PROPER TOUCHDOWN POINT FOR LANDING, THE WET RUNWAY CONDITION, AND THE PROXIMITY OF TREE(S) TO THE RUNWAY.
