Air France is rolling out new long-haul menus on flights departing Paris, the airline says. Six French chefs and pastry chefs helped develop them.
In La Première, three-star chef Arnaud Lallement is behind more than 30 dishes. Claire Heitzler creates the desserts.
Business class gets more than 20 new dishes from two-star chef Mathieu Viannay. François Adamski develops breakfast and brunch, and Nina Métayer handles desserts.
For the premium cabin, one-star chef Frédéric Simonin creates the food. Two hot dishes are offered at each service, including a vegetarian option.
