Air France-KLM to expand Portugal capacity 12% for winter 2026/27
Air France-KLM will raise capacity on Portuguese routes by 12% in winter 2026/27, with Air France, KLM and Transavia offering up to 238 weekly flights across 24 routes.

Air France-KLM will raise capacity on its Portugal routes by 12% in the winter 2026/27 season, measured in seat-kilometres. Its carriers Air France, KLM and Transavia will offer 24 routes and as many as 238 weekly flights, linking Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Funchal and Ponta Delgada with destinations in France, the Netherlands and Belgium.
Growth varies by airport. Funchal gets the biggest increase at 35% more seats, ahead of Porto at 19%, Faro at 11% and Lisbon at 4%.
Two schedule changes stand out. Air France will double its frequency between Porto and Paris-Charles de Gaulle. Transavia starts three weekly Porto-Brussels flights on 14 December. The group plans to fly more Airbus A220, A320 Neo and A321 Neo aircraft on these routes.
