Brussels Airlines flight diverts to Zagreb after onboard medical emergency
A Brussels Airlines flight bound for Heraklion landed in Zagreb on Thursday morning after a medical emergency on board. The aircraft later continued to its destination.
A Brussels Airlines flight from Brussels to Heraklion, Greece, diverted to Zagreb on the morning of Thursday, 24 September after a medical emergency on board.
The airline said the aircraft landed in the Croatian capital at around 08:00. A couple left the flight in Zagreb.
Citing privacy reasons, Brussels Airlines spokesperson Joëlle Neeb declined to give details of the medical situation.
The service, identified in flight-tracking records as SN3255 and operated by an Airbus A320 registered OO-TCH, resumed its journey to Heraklion at around 09:00.
