Avi 8 Airways, a Cambodian startup, plans to begin flying in the first quarter of 2027. Cargo Facts reports the carrier intends to lease an Airbus A321 P2F freighter and complete certification with Cambodia's civil aviation authority before then.
The company says certification is already underway and should be finished within six to seven months. Avi 8 Airways describes itself as a pure cargo airline and would be Cambodia's only freighter operator.
