Champions League fixtures bring extra traffic to Linz airport
Several European clubs will fly into Linz for LASK's Champions League home games, while the club plans charter flights from the airport for its away fixtures.
Champions League fixtures involving LASK will bring more traffic to Linz airport over the coming months, with several visiting clubs arriving there.
Liverpool land first, on 13 October, a day before their match against LASK. Fenerbahçe Istanbul are expected on 7 December, and Porto are due on 26 January 2027.
LASK also plans to use the airport for its away games: flights to Lisbon for the match against Sporting, to Norway for Bodø/Glimt, and to Madrid in January for Real Madrid.
Supporters are expected to travel to those away matches via Linz as well, adding to passenger numbers.
