China Southern to resume Guangzhou-Delhi route after six years

China Southern Airlines will resume service between Guangzhou and Delhi on September 21. The route has been suspended for six years. The airline plans daily flights.

This restores a nonstop connection between Delhi and one of China Southern's main hubs. Guangzhou offers onward connections across China, East and Southeast Asia, and Australia. Direct flights between India and China were largely halted during the pandemic and have remained limited since.
