Ethiopian Airlines expands African network with new routes and frequencies
Ethiopian Airlines is adding destinations and increasing frequencies across Africa in the coming months, including new service to Nacala and Port Harcourt and a return to daily Durban flights.
Ethiopian Airlines announced in Rome, at an event with Aeroporti di Roma, that it will expand its route network and increase frequencies on several connections in the coming months.
Starting 27 October, the airline will fly three times a week to Nacala. Lagos will be served three times daily from 1 November. Port Harcourt joins the schedule on 1 December with four weekly flights, and Kinshasa grows to 21 weekly connections. Durban returns to a daily service from 11 December.
Holiday destinations are expanding too. Mauritius will be served three times a week, and the Seychelles twice daily from December.
From Rome-Fiumicino, the airline offers daily connections to Addis Ababa, where passengers can connect across a network of more than 145 passenger and cargo destinations.
