Etihad Airways Recruits A320 First Officers in Abu Dhabi

Etihad Airways is looking for Airbus A320 First Officers to be based in Abu Dhabi. The airline is growing its network and fleet and plans to double its aircraft count by 2030. New hires will join a young fleet and receive world-class training, according to the carrier. The airline says there is a clear pathway to Captain as it expands.

The Abu Dhabi compensation package is tax-free and can reach AED 513,732 per year, roughly USD 138,318 according to the airline. That figure assumes 75 flying hours per month. Salary includes basic pay, flying pay, housing allowance, and allowances for layovers and meals. Performance-based annual increases are also offered.

Benefits include education support for up to three children, up to AED 40,000 per child for primary school and AED 55,000 for secondary school. Staff receive 42 days of annual leave, an income protection scheme, travel benefits, discounts, end-of-service benefits, and accidental and life insurance coverage. Etihad also helps relocating candidates with a shipping container allowance, settling-in support, and family travel from anywhere in the world.
