Gatwick opens largest food and drink tender for terminal units

London Gatwick has launched its biggest food and beverage tender, seeking operators for six units across its South and North terminals as it prepares for growth.

London Gatwick has put its largest food and beverage tender to the market, inviting bids for six units across its two terminals totalling more than 3,800m2.

The airport said five of the units are in the South Terminal and one, a pub unit, is in the North Terminal. The South Terminal spaces are aimed at quick service and fast casual concepts and measure 309m2, 320m2, 547m2 and 790m2, alongside a separate pub space of 647m2.

Gatwick, which describes itself as the UK's second-largest airport, said it is looking for new hospitality partners as part of the next phase of its commercial offering, with an eye on future growth. The airport was granted approval for its privately funded Northern Runway project in August.
