ITA Airways cuts nearly a third of Wednesday flights over Italian strike
ITA Airways is cancelling about 29 percent of its planned flights on Wednesday because of a strike in Italian air transport. Domestic and international services are affected, including Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate.
ITA Airways said it will cancel about 29 percent of its flights on Wednesday because of a strike across Italian air transport. The industrial action is set to run from 13:00 to 17:00.
Domestic and international services are both affected. Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate are among the airports named. International connections on the list include Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Geneva, Amsterdam, Brussels, London and Paris.
According to the airline, passengers with tickets for cancelled flights can change their booking free of charge or, under certain conditions, get a refund.
