Singapore Airlines revamps onboard menu with new chef selections
Singapore Airlines is overhauling its inflight food and drink offering, adding a chef-curated dish range and new wines, spirits and tableware across its premium cabins.
Singapore Airlines is reworking its onboard food and drink. More than 100 new and revised dishes will fall under SIA Chefs' Selection, a new category. The airline's own chefs are developing them with international guest chefs and catering partners.
The drinks list is growing too. Suites, First Class and Business Class get new wines, and new spirits will be offered in every cabin class. New tableware is coming to the three premium cabins.
According to the airline, the changes are being rolled out gradually, with further elements to follow from November 2026.
