Ryanair adds four winter routes from Madrid for 2026-27 season
Ryanair will operate 51 routes from Madrid-Barajas in the 2026-27 winter season, adding four international services and boosting frequency on 19 existing links. The airline plans more than 3.4 million seats at the airport.
Ryanair will run 51 routes from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas under its winter 2026 schedule. Four are new international services, and frequencies will increase on close to twenty destinations already served.
The season runs from late October to late March 2027. Ryanair is offering more than 3.4 million seats from Madrid over that period, 200,000 more than the previous year, a rise of 6%. It projects 7.4 million passengers a year through the airport, up 1%.
The new routes are Tirana (three weekly flights), Gdansk (four weekly), Wroclaw (three weekly) and Düsseldorf-Weeze (two weekly, starting February 2027). They cover Albania, Poland and Germany.
Frequency increases affect 19 other routes, bringing the total to more than 441 weekly flights from Madrid, up 7%. Porto, Budapest, Rome, Turin, Krakow and Warsaw are among the destinations that benefit. The growth is weighted towards the Italian and Polish markets.
The 14 aircraft based permanently at Barajas will mainly support the winter operation.
