NetJets to build three private terminals in US and expand a fourth
NetJets will add private terminals at Dallas Love Field, Washington Dulles and Rifle Garfield County Airport, and enlarge its existing facility in West Palm Beach.

NetJets plans to build private terminals at three US airports and expand a fourth, the company said Monday.
The new locations are Dallas Love Field, Washington Dulles International Airport and Rifle Garfield County Airport in Colorado. The company also intends to replace its exclusive-use terminal at President Donald J. Trump International Airport in West Palm Beach with a larger facility.
NetJets already runs more than 50 private terminals, service hubs and other sites worldwide. The company offers fractional aircraft ownership and private jet card programs.
Dallas Love Field is among its busiest hubs, and NetJets said flight activity there has grown by more than a quarter since 2022. The new terminal there is scheduled to open in late 2028.
A public filing in Texas identified a $35 million project at the site covering an 80,000-square-foot hangar plus 18,000 square feet of shops and offices. NetJets said Monday the finished campus will total nearly 114,000 square feet. Construction could start in November, according to that filing.
Patrick Gallagher, president of NetJets Aviation, said in a news release that customer demand keeps rising and that the company is putting money into infrastructure to support the service and reliability owners expect where they fly most.
The exclusive-use sites give access to NetJets-only facilities with lounges and conference rooms. The company said Dallas Love Field will be developed with FBO Signature Aviation and will add to a maintenance operation there.
