RFDS Queensland orders six Beechcraft King Air 260C aircraft
The Royal Flying Doctor Service in Queensland is modernising its fleet with six new Beechcraft King Air 260C aircraft, to be delivered from 2028 over four years.
The Royal Flying Doctor Service in Queensland is acquiring six Beechcraft King Air 260C aircraft. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2028 and continue over four years, replacing the service's current King Air 200 fleet. The new aircraft will be fitted with an Aeromedical Mission System developed by Australian company Heli Mods. The system includes medical stretchers, integrated oxygen systems and digital connectivity.
