Singapore Airlines adds over 100 dishes in in-flight dining revamp

Singapore Airlines will add more than 100 new and refreshed dishes across every cabin class, along with new wines, spirits and custom serviceware for its premium cabins.

The dishes form a new in-flight menu category called SIA Chefs' Selection. The airline said its in-house and guest chefs worked with its catering partners on the appetizers, main courses and desserts. The line-up mixes comfort dishes, regional favourites, reworked classics and new creations.

Rollout is already under way. The airline said the remaining elements, including the new beverages, serviceware and onboard service touches, will follow from November 2026.

Wine labels are being added in Suites, First Class and Business Class, and new spirits will be offered across all cabin classes. Meals in the three premium cabins will be served on serviceware designed with Christofle, the French tableware house. The airline describes the design as a subtle interpretation of the batik motif long linked to its branding.

In Suites and First Class, some dishes may come with distinctive presentation touches, and crew may suggest drinks to pair with a passenger's meal choice.

The dining programme is one part of a broader investment in the airline's end-to-end travel experience. The carrier said that wider effort also covers next-generation cabin products, its KrisWorld in-flight entertainment system, new amenities, high-speed connectivity and on-ground services. The full experience will be unveiled in Singapore in November 2026.

Yeoh Phee Teik, the airline's Senior Vice President Customer Experience, said the carrier reviewed every part of the dining experience.
