Stuttgart airport has set out its winter flight plan, which begins with the switch to winter time on 25 October and runs until 27 March 2027. According to preliminary planning, about 22,000 aircraft movements are scheduled over the period, a decline of 12.5 percent.

Most flights to warmer destinations serve Turkey, Spain and Egypt. Eurowings is adding Cairo as a new destination, with two weekly flights to the Egyptian capital. Amman in Jordan and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia return to the schedule, and Dubai will be served four times a week from the start of November. Eurowings also lists Rome, Hurghada and Marrakech.

Condor flies to Tenerife, Las Palmas and Hurghada on the Red Sea, with extra departures to those destinations over the turn of the year. Tuifly offers connections to Boa Vista in Cape Verde, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. Sun Express has scheduled numerous flights to Antalya.

For cooler destinations, Eurowings serves Stockholm and Tromsø in the Arctic, while SAS links Stuttgart with the Nordic capitals Copenhagen and Oslo.

Alongside European and holiday routes, major connecting hubs including Amsterdam, Istanbul, London, Munich, Warsaw, Vienna and Zurich will be served several times daily during the winter schedule, keeping the airport connected to the networks of the airlines based there.
