TAP Air Portugal adds third weekly Porto–Rio de Janeiro flight
TAP Air Portugal will increase its Porto–Rio de Janeiro service to three weekly flights in the 2026/27 winter schedule, adding a Wednesday departure from 28 October.
TAP Air Portugal is expanding its winter 2026/27 schedule on the route between Porto and Rio de Janeiro. From 28 October, the carrier will operate three weekly flights to Rio de Janeiro-Galeão, one more than the two it currently offers.
The extra service will run on Wednesdays, giving departures from Porto on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. An Airbus A330-900 will be used on the additional third weekly rotation, the same type already flown on the route.
