Uzbekistan Airways has signed a long-term agreement with Lufthansa Technik for component supply across its fleet. The contract runs until 2035 and covers the airline's Boeing 787s along with its Airbus A320ceo and A320neo aircraft.

Under the arrangement, Lufthansa Technik will provide spare parts and support the aircraft's maintenance and availability. The two companies have worked together for more than three decades, a partnership that began in 1993 with the delivery of Uzbekistan Airways' first Airbus A310-300.

The new contract is also intended to support the carrier's planned fleet modernisation and expansion.
