- 2025-11 B757 Captain reported applying aggressive braking to avoid another airplane during taxi. Flight continued for takeoff.
- 2025-07 B757 pilot reported the right engine developed a vibration during cruise; resulting diversion to a suitable airport.
- 2024-12 B757 flight crew reported on initial climb the aircraft experienced an uncommanded yaw 30 degrees to the right and they heard a loud pop then they smelled a burning odor. No evidence of fire or smoke and all engine indications were normal.
