  • 2026-01 A321 First Officer reported hearing a loud noise and an aircraft vibration after parking at the gate and shutting down one of the engines. The First Officer exited the aircraft and saw that a ground air hose had been ingested into the running engine.
  • 2025-12 Cessna 402C Captain reported aircraft wheel vibrations during landing; aircraft veering on the runway and aircraft stopped on the runway.
  • 2025-11 Air carrier Captain reported a previous departing aircraft blew a hole in the runway at BKK and due to the rocks and giant chunks of asphalt now present on the takeoff area; the flight crew taxied back to the gate to check for potential FOD damage.
