- 2026-03 CNO Tower Controller reported the Stand Alone Weather System has been out of service for over a year.
- 2026-03 ERJ-175 flight crew reported an inflight upset resulted when they encountered wake turbulence on descent into PHX in trail of a heavy aircraft. ATC was not helpful when they requested a track deviation prior to the encounter.
- 2026-02 Challenger 350 Captain reported a stall warning during landing flare. Flight crew continued the landing.
