- 2011-12 Enroute Controller described a military in-flight emergency declaration that caused some uncertainty. The reporter suggested that more training be provided for these types of occurrences.
- 2011-12 TRACON Controller experienced a significant distraction when a supervisor was discussing his involvement in a possible operational error that had just occurred while within earshot of the conversation.
- 2011-12 Tower Controller and flight crew described a ground conflict event where ATC cleared an arrival Air Carrier to cross a runway and then cleared an aircraft for takeoff from that same runway. The Air Carrier stopped after noting the departure.
