- 2012-12 The flight crew of a B737-700 encountered an unexpected route discontinuity between BUOYY and BSQUE on the line selected BLZZR RNAV SID off Runway 4R at BOS.
- 2012-12 An Air Carrier crew flying IMC at 2;000 FT MSL on a left downwind to a LGA Runway 13 ILS executed the escape maneuver to 3;500 FT MSL after the EGPWS alerted 'TERRAIN PULL UP.'
- 2012-12 A LJ55 hydraulic system failed as the aircraft was being vectored for an ILS. The pilot declared an emergency; then during delay vectors; completed the manual gear extension; the emergency checklists; and landed uneventfully.
