Overview
A pilot initiated a takeoff roll down a sloping runway in calm wind conditions with six passengers on board. The runway, measuring 1380 feet in length, was reported to be mostly dry but featured muddy areas. The final 100 feet of the runway contained standing water.
Takeoff and Departure
During the takeoff, the aircraft achieved only minimal lift before reaching the departure end of the runway. Shortly after crossing the runway boundary, approximately 75 feet beyond the departure end, the aircraft struck a bush.
Subsequent Impact and Stop
Continuing for about 50 feet after the bush strike, the main wheels made contact with the tundra surface. The wheels then dug into the ground, causing the aircraft to slide to a halt. The impact forces resulted in the collapse of the nose landing gear and the right main landing gear.
Damage Assessment
The aircraft sustained damage to the nose gear and right main gear, both of which collapsed during the slide. No other damage details were provided in the source.
