Background

Accident Events
During the solo flight, the student pilot completed two touch-and-go maneuvers without incident. On the third takeoff, she advanced the throttle to full power. The aircraft then began to veer to the left. In an attempt to correct the course deviation, the pilot used aileron control inputs. However, the aircraft left the runway surface and continued over rough terrain for a distance. Subsequently, the nose landing gear collapsed, causing the aircraft to nose over.
Damage
The accident resulted in the collapse of the nose gear and the aircraft's nose-over attitude. No other damage was specified in the investigation report.
