Accident Description
A student pilot on his second supervised solo flight was performing touch-and-go maneuvers. After a go-around on the first attempt, he reentered the traffic pattern and landed on Runway 34L. The airplane exited the runway to the left onto grass. With flaps fully extended, the pilot added full power for another takeoff. Shortly after liftoff, the pilot fully retracted the flaps. The airplane then settled to the ground and collided with three parked airplanes.
