Accident Overview
The aircraft collided with terrain during low-altitude maneuvering in a mountainous area. The pilot stated that he noticed his altitude was decreasing and responded by advancing the throttle to full power and increasing the climb rate. He reported that the next event he perceived was the activation of the stall warning horn. Subsequently, the aircraft began to descend again, and the left wing dropped suddenly. The pilot noted that the airspeed just before impact was approximately 40 knots indicated airspeed (KIAS).

Sequence of Events

The aircraft then experienced a further altitude loss accompanied by a sudden left wing drop. The pilot recalled the airspeed reading at the moment of impact was approximately 40 KIAS.
