What happened
The incident occurred during the landing phase of flight. The pilot attempted to land the aircraft on the designated runway but experienced a bounce upon initial contact with the pavement. At the moment of this bounce, the aircraft was oriented approximately 30 degrees off the runway heading.
Following the bounce, the aircraft touched down again while still misaligned with the runway centerline. Instead of correcting the trajectory, the aircraft continued to travel off the left side of the runway surface. It crossed over an adjacent taxiway before finally coming to a stop in a grassy area bordering that taxiway.
During the excursion across the taxiway, the nose landing gear collapsed under the stress of the off-pavement contact. Simultaneously, the left wing of the aircraft made contact with the ground, indicating significant structural impact during the uncontrolled departure from the runway environment.
