According to the pilot, the airplane became airborne after approximately 100 feet of takeoff roll. The pilot stated that even with full right aileron and rudder applied, the airplane continued to drift to the left. Subsequently, the airplane's left wing tip struck the ground, and the airplane came to rest in a construction area.
Post-Accident Examination
No flight control abnormalities were found during the post-accident examination. The propeller blades were observed to be curled and had broken loose in the propeller hub, indicating that the engine was under power at the time of the impact.
Witness Account
A witness reported that the pilot never had control of the airplane and that the engine was running at full power until the moment of impact.
