Accident Details
On October 28, 2007, at approximately 1300 Pacific daylight time, a Cessna 172 aircraft, bearing Canadian registration C-GQZX, operated by the pilot/owner, struck trees and terrain near Golden, Canada. The aircraft was conducting a personal cross-country flight from Golden to Edmonton, Canada, under the provisions of the Civil Aviation Regulations of Canada.
Occupants and Injuries
The pilot and one passenger sustained fatal injuries in the accident. A 3-year-old passenger sustained serious injuries.
