Accident Details
On October 28, 2008, at approximately 1040 local time, a Piper PA-34-200T aircraft, bearing Colombian registration HK-2446 and operated by Aeroexpreso Del Pacifico, impacted terrain shortly after departing from Reyes Murillo Airport in Nuqui, Colombia. The accident site was located approximately 3 kilometers south of the departure airport.
Injuries
According to the official investigation, the two crew members on board sustained serious injuries. Among the passengers, four were killed, and the remaining passenger suffered serious injuries.
