Incident Summary
A student pilot was conducting a solo flight when, during a normal approach to landing on runway 23, the airplane approached at a speed described as "a little fast." The aircraft settled onto the runway, bounced, and the pilot responded by pitching the nose down to land. This action resulted in the propeller striking the runway surface.
