What happened
On February 26, 2010, at approximately 1119 UTC, a Cessna 310R, registered as PT-OID, crashed into mountains near Nova Lima, Brazil. The flight was traveling from Leopoldina (SNDN) to Belo Horizonte/Pampulha (SBBH) under visual flight rules.
The accident resulted in 2 fatalities, involving the pilot and one passenger. The aircraft was destroyed upon impact with the terrain.
