Accident Summary

A student pilot, after completing several takeoff and landings with an instructor, began his first series of solo takeoff and landings. The first takeoff and landing were uneventful. Pilot Actions

Post-Accident Examination

A Federal Aviation Administration inspector examined the wreckage and found no preexisting mechanical anomalies that would have precluded normal operation of the airplane.
