What happened
On May 25, 2011, a Pilatus PC-12/45, registration VT-ACF, crashed into terrain near Faridabad Parvatiya Colony, India. The aircraft, operated by Air Chartered Services Pvt, was performing an emergency medical services (EMS) flight originating from Patna, India, with a destination of Delhi, India.
The impact caused substantial damage to the aircraft. The crash resulted in 7 fatal injuries among the occupants and individuals on the ground. The occupants included two pilots, one patient, and four EMS crewmembers. Additionally, five people on the ground sustained fatal injuries.
