Accident
On July 18, 2011, at 1509 eastern daylight time, a Cessna 185E with Canadian registration C-FZNK crashed in the Bostonnais River, approximately 15 kilometers north of La Tuque, Quebec, Canada. The aircraft was operated by Air Tamarac and was conducting a sightseeing flight. The flight had originated from La Tuque. The accident occurred following a loss of engine power.
Occupants and Injuries
The pilot and two passengers were not injured. One passenger sustained serious injuries, and one passenger was fatally injured.
