What happened
On January 14, 2012, at approximately 1000 UTC, a Beech A3 36 with registration PR-RGF crashed near Mato Grosso, Brazil. The aircraft was performing a flight from Pontes E Lacerda Airport (SWLE) to Aeroporto Caceres (SWKC).
During the cruise phase of the flight, the aircraft encountered deteriorating weather conditions, which resulted in a loss of control. The aircraft subsequently impacted the terrain and was destroyed. The pilot and two passengers sustained 3 fatal injuries.
