The collision resulted in 2 fatal injuries for the pilot and flight instructor aboard the Beech aircraft, and 1 serious injury for the pilot of the Piper aircraft. The Beech V35B was destroyed in the accident, while the Piper PA-28-140 sustained substantial damage.
