What happened

On June 7, 2012, a Cessna 207A, registration N9874M, was being taxied through an unmarked ramp area toward an adjacent taxiway in Platinum, Alaska. During this ground maneuver, the pilot inadvertently taxied the aircraft into a ditch. The impact caused substantial damage to the right wing of the aircraft.
