During a nighttime landing, the flight crew conducted a visual approach to the runway. The airplane touched down without any abnormalities. As the aircraft decelerated from approximately 80 knots, a deer became visible in the airplane's landing lights. The deer proceeded to run across the runway directly in front of the airplane, resulting in an impact with the nose wheel.
