Accident Details
On August 25, 2012, at 1215 Universal Coordinated Time (UTC), a Cessna 210N, Brazilian registration PT-OKZ, was destroyed following a collision with terrain near Agua Clara, Brazil. The flight had originated at Tres Lagoas, Brazil (SSTL) and was destined for Tres Lagoas (SJUQ). The pilot and two passengers were fatally injured.
