What happened
On October 17, 2012, at 1703 local time, a Mooney M20J, registration HL1062, experienced a loss of engine power while operating in the vicinity of Wonju, Republic of Korea. Following the loss of power, the aircraft performed an off-airport landing approximately 7 miles northwest of the Wonju Airport.
The flight was operated by Korea Aerospace University. There were three occupants on board, and all were not injured.
