What happened
On January 17, 2013, at approximately 1353 UTC, a Piper PA-3ability-325, registration XB-EZY, crashed into terrain near Angel Albino Corzo (MMTG) in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Mexico. The aircraft was performing a flight originating from MMTG with a planned destination of Hermanos Serdán International Airport (MMPB) in Puebla, Mexico.
The accident resulted in 7 fatal injuries. The occupants included the pilot and six passengers.
