What happened
On April 07, 2013, an accident occurred involving a Beech 1900, registration ZS-PHL, in an unknown location in Sao Tome and Principe. The accident resulted in 1 fatality.
The Sao Tome and Principe Civil Aviation Authority (STPCAA) notified the NTSB of the event. As the state of manufacturer and design for the aircraft and engine, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the STPCAA investigation in accordance with ICAO Annex 13.
