Accident Notification
The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an accident involving a Cirrus SR20 airplane. The accident occurred on July 18, 2013.
International Cooperation
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the SACAA in the investigation. The representative will support the inquiry as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane and its engine.
