What happened
On November 10, 2013, at approximately 1600 UTC, a Piper PA-34-220T, registered as PR-EAG, crashed in the Serra do Mar mountain range near Parati, Brazil. The aircraft had departed from Parati Airport (SDTK) and was en route to Campo de Marte Airport (SBMT) in Sao Paulo.
During the climb, the aircraft collided with the peak of Corisco Mountain. The accident resulted in 3 fatal injuries for the pilot and two passengers.
