Accident Overview
On September 9, 2014, at approximately 1000 local time, a Cessna 206G, registered in Ecuador as HC-CAB, was destroyed when it impacted terrain while maneuvering to return to the airstrip at Daimontaro, Pastaza, Ecuador. The Ecuadorian commercial pilot sustained fatal injuries.
