On September 16, 2014, at 1241 coordinated universal time, an Agusta-Bell 206B helicopter, registration G-SUEX, impacted the water off the coast of Flamborough, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom. The helicopter was destroyed. The pilot and passenger were both fatally injured.
